AIHL PLAYOFF DATES AND LOCATIONS ANNOUNCED

The AIHL is proud to announce the 2013 playoff formats, schedule dates, and locations.

In the Elite Division the top 4 teams from each division will qualify to play a best of 3 series in their division semi- finals.  The winners of these division series in each conference will open play in Las Vegas at the National Championships.

New England vs. Mid Atlantic (Eastern Conference)

Pacific South vs. Pacific North (Western Conference)

In the Minor Division we will have 2 tiers this year.  The teams seeded 1-4 teams will be Tier 1 and the teams seeded 5-8 will be Tier 2. 

Each division across the country will have both tiers.  The teams who make it will play a best of 3 series in the division semi finals.  The winners of these series will play each other for the right to go to Las Vegas for the National Finals and compete against the opposing Division & Conference Champion in their individual Tiers.

 

New England - April 27 and April 28   Skate Safe America - Bethpage N. Y.

Atlantic Division - April 27 and April 28    Sportsplex Feasterville, Pennsylvania

Pacific South-  April 13 and April 14    The Rinks Corona Inline - Corona, California

Pacific North-  April 6 & 7   Powerplay Sports  -   Ripon, California

 

AIHL National Finals Dates and Location:

The AIHL National Finals will take place in beautiful sunny Las Vegas, Nevada at the newly remodeled Las Vegas Roller Hockey Center.  Games will begin on Friday May 17 at 3:00 PM and conclude Sunday May 19 by 3:00 PM.  During the finals on Saturday May 18 the AIHL will host the 2013 awards party at the Las Vegas Roller Hockey Center new bar and grill starting at 8:00 PM.
